How handle operate

We have received a call back from client older lady, We installed 3 weiser levers, 2 doors had big space in between and 1 door had 1/8 space. normal use of handle to pull down and open. this client want the lever to work 50 years, the 2 doors that had big space she only turn down %10 and 1 other door she needed 90% pull down. She was worried the handle wont last long. but every client is gold for us, We went back to make her bigger space so it can last 50 years.
