It's not a 24 hour company as advertised. Someone responded that there was no one available to work. It was a terrible... day as i had lost my bunch of keys in transit unknowingly. There was no where to sleep as at 11.30pm when I got home..it was freezing . I had to sleep on the staircase in my fall jacket. Please always advertise what your company is capable of doing. I originally thought he was a nice guy. He ultimately did not install our lock properly, nor was he willing to rectify... the poor installation. He was dishonest in shifting blame to the lock and door manufacturers rather than acknowledging his own installation shortcomings. Save yourself grief and go with another locksmith.read more
